Dave Jungmann worked as an associate and a partner for the Don Carlos law firm from 1979 until 1989. Dave then started the firm of David L. Jungmann, P.C., at the same Greenfield office.
Dave’s niece, Amy Hughbanks, joined the firm as an associate in 2004. She became a partner with Dave in 2005, and in 2006 the name of the firm was officially changed to Jungmann & Hughbanks, P.C.
Amy resides near the town of Van Meter, where the Jungmann family lived for many years. Dave and Amy both handle matters and are active with several professional associations in Dallas, Madison and Polk Counties. For these reasons, they recently decided to open a branch of their law firm closer to the Des Moines metropolitan area. In March 2007, they opened the doors to the first branch office of Jungmann & Hughbanks, P.C., in Van Meter. Dave and Amy look forward to continuing to serve both of their firm’s communities for many years to come. |  | Dave and Amy are blessed with a highly educated and dedicated staff.
Beth graduated from Buena Vista University with a degree in accounting in 1998. She joined the firm in Greenfield in 1999, where she is presently the office manager. She also assists the firm with probate, real estate and tax matters.
Barb is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in education in 1973. Barb began working for the Don Carlos law firm in 1976 and has continued to be a valuable member of the firm’s staff ever since. Barb assists the firm with many different legal matters.
Helen has also worked at the firm in Greenfield for many years. She began with Don Carlos law firm in 1977. Helen holds a diploma from the American Institute of Business (AIB) in computer programming. Helen handles the firm’s client billing, performs various administrative duties, and works with the attorneys on income taxes.
Becky is the newest addition to the staff at Jungmann & Hughbanks, P.C. She works primarily in the area of family law litigation, handling document preparation, discovery, identification and assembly of exhibits, and has a significant amount of contact with clients and witnesses in preparation for negotiation, mediation or trial. |
